Went to watch The Sessions yesterday.
It’s very mild, but very deep I guess.

That man with Polio.
How did girls fall in love with him?

Simple.
1. He makes girls laugh (the way to a girl’s heart is through making her smile).
2. He is giving, of the little that he has.
3. He is simple, which makes it so easy for people to fall in-love with.
4. He needs to be taken care of, like it or not being able to take care of someone is a realisation of a human’s self-actualisation need.

And in the surrogate’s case,
There was affection, selfless-ness in the love makings and his poetry touches.

Sports? Forget it!

Was thinking of taking up a sport to help myself slim down, something that I can be really passionate about so that I’ll chase after it and naturally toned up. 

Muay Thai? … err… too tough. 

Taekwondo? … err… I’m not keen of punching… 

Swimming? … err… abit far and difficult to arrange time to go swimming pool… 

Gym? … err… err… nvm… 

I know! be passionate about toning up and slimming down myself! :D 

be passionate about myself! :D 

Think should buy a cross trainer machine for myself, put at home. :D
